How to watch the Xbox and Bethesda Summer Games Showcase and what to expect
The Xbox and Bethesda games showcase is scheduled for this weekend, despite the official cancellation of E3 2022. The showcase will feature plenty of new game announcements and updates, and even if you don’t have a console Xbox, you can also expect news for PC and cloud games. If you’ve been waiting for Halo, Forza, or Minecraft news, it’ll probably be during this event.
Since Bethesda is now officially part of Microsoft, the publisher and its many development studios will be featured during the presentation, which means we’ll almost certainly hear about Starfield.

The Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase takes place on Sunday, June 12. It starts at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET, and you can see more regional times below.

How long is the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase?
Microsoft has yet to officially announce the duration of the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase, but marketing boss Aaron Greenberg said on Twitter that it should be in the area of 90 minutes. “We don’t have a final runtime yet. But yeah, we usually end up near that 90-minute mark,” Greenberg said.
For comparison, the 2021 Xbox & Bethesda event lasted 1 hour and 25 minutes.
How to Watch the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase
The Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase will be broadcast in various places, including via the official Xbox pages on YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok, among others. Microsoft will broadcast the event in more than 30 languages, including ASL. GameSpot will also broadcast a live stream from the storefront.
What to expect at the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase
The Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase will include “incredible titles” from Xbox Game Studios, Bethesda and third-party Microsoft partners around the world, Microsoft said in its announcement. There will also be updates to Xbox Game Pass and Microsoft’s efforts in the PC space, the company said.
Microsoft didn’t provide any details about the games on display at the event, but Bethesda’s Starfield is a safe bet – it’ll launch on November 11, 2022, and could be one of the biggest games of this year. Microsoft also has new Fable and Forza Motorsport games in the works that could be shown off. As for Bethesda, the showcase could bring more news about Redfall and Indiana Jones games from MachineGames. As always, there will surely be some unexpected announcements and new reveals too.
Several different accessibility options will be available during the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase. These include “subtitle support and/or dubbed audio translations” in the following languages:
