Job: Enterprise Application Support Engineer at Cornfield Group
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Possess specialized knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software.
Provide technical support to teams within the organization and to external customers as required.
Assistance with system integrations.
Manage the queries system with tickets and ensure that a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is maintained.
Maintain and update technical documents and procedures.
Identification and resolution of technical problems.
Manage coordination at local and international level if necessary.
Offer regular and personalized training to the company’s teams.
Prepare maintenance plans and upgrade schedules for company systems.
Reporting for company teams
Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes and monitor performance.
Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and web clients.
Advanced skill in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.
Knowledge of Advanced Encryption Standards (AES).
Ability to keep up with innovation in app design.
