play games entirely in a browser #Gaming @webrcade “Adafruit Industries – Makers, Hackers, Artists, Designers and Engineers!

WebЯcade consists of an intuitive web interface that allows playing popular game content entirely in browser context on a wide variety of platforms (Xbox Series X|S, iOS, Android, Windows, macOS). Gamepads are supported (Bluetooth and USB) for front-end navigation and while gaming.

Runs entirely in the web browser leveraging JavaScript, WebAssembly, and HTML5 gamepad and audio interfaces.

Content for playing games (binaries, etc.) and populating the front-end (images, etc.) is collected from cloud-based resources based on user-defined feeds. Each stream item (game, etc.) is associated with an app type. Application types include emulators (Atari, Sega, Nintendo) and game engines (Classic Doom).

The webЯcade documentation consists of a user guide, instructions specific to each platform (OS, devices) supported by webЯcade, detailed information (button mapping, etc.) for the different types applications (emulators, etc.) and tips for developing your own Flux.
