Xbox Games Showcase 90-minute extended event announced for June 14
In addition to the main Xbox and Bethesda showcase on June 12, Microsoft will host an “Extended Show” a few days later, promising even more reveals. In a blog post, Microsoft announced that the Xbox Games Showcase Extended will take place on Tuesday, June 14, starting at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET.
Microsoft said it will “share new trailers, take a closer look at news from the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase, and speak with some of your favorite game creators” as part of the event.
It’s also going to be a lengthy briefing, lasting around 90 minutes, roughly the same length as the main Xbox and Bethesda showcase. The expanded event will be broadcast live in English, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, German and French, and other languages. The broadcast will also support live American Sign Language and audio descriptions.
The extended showcase will be streamed live on YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook. Microsoft also held an extended showcase in 2021, showcasing information on Halo, Hellblade, and more.
However, there’s no word yet on which games might appear during the extended event. It looks like we’ll know more after the main Xbox showcase on June 12, so keep checking back for more.
